designed to answer questions that may arise when
designing your Angus Marketplace webcard.
1) How do I sign
up to the Marketplace?
Answer: In order to have a
Marketplace webcard, you must have a valid email address.
Click on the "WebCard
Sign Up" link in the main menu on the left side of
this and every Marketplace page, then fill
out the form to have your card built.
2) How long until I
can have my card up and available on line?
Answer: Your card and all
future changes require the approval of the Canadian Angus
Association. Once you submit a published request via the
online form, it is reviewed and approved
(or declined). Once approved, our design professionals
will program or update your webcard within 5 business days.
3) How much does a
Marketplace webcard cost?
Answer: A Marketplace webcard
costs $125 annually.
4) How and where do I
make changes to my webcard?
Answer: Simply go to the
Web Card Sign Up form and choose "Edit Existing Card". You will be required to
submit your username and password to make changes to your webcard.
5) Does it cost
anything to make changes to my webcard?
Answer: No, it will not cost
you anything to make changes to your webcard. You may update
and change your information once per month, free
of charge. If you wish us to do some custom work for you,
there may be a small $10-$20 surcharge.
6) Can
I add pictures
to my webcard?
Answer: Yes, you may add up to
THREE graphics on your webcard. To do so, simply go to the
Web Card sign up page and choose "Edit Existing" option.
then scroll down to the appropriate area. Image file size
must be less than 50k. Image files larger than this will not
be accepted into the Canadian Angus Marketplace.
7) What if I do not
have an email address?
Answer: Free email addresses such
as hotmail.com or http://mail.yahoo.com
will work.
