Hello and welcome to GBS Angus Farm. We raise purebred Black Angus, consisting of a select herd of approximately 30 cows with a strong emphasis on their maternal functionality.  We are located east of Prince Albert, Sask, between the North and South Saskatchewan Rivers. We are very proud of the quality of our cattle we have raised and invite you to stop in anytime for a visit.

Breeding Program: Our herd is built around pedigrees that have a strong Canadian influence and we are excited about our straight Canadian Breeding program we started 4 years ago.  The calves are raised naturally - off the cow - no creep.  They are not pushed, after weaning they are put on a moderate growth ration, allowed to grow on grass and develop as a productive 2 year old.

We have always been a member of the CAA Performance Program and have used the CUP ultrasound since its inception by the CAA.  We believe these tools as well as appearance evaluation, will help our customers in making a well informed decision.

A selected group of bulls are offered by Private Treaty each year in March, as well as replacement females.
